AAPC acquired an online software application and wanted to improve the overall user experience. The objective was to propose UX improvements to a section of the program that handled the entry of new events.
The first improvement involved removing questions that the system could retrieve elsewhere, thereby eliminating extra entries by the user.
Another improvement entailed carefully reordering questions so as to eliminate irrelevant or duplicate information. By answering questions one by one, the user was only presented with pertinent questions.
Updating the interface involved identifying all the elements before styling began.
